Brittany is a respected leader and mentor who excels at designing complex, high-performing HVAC systems that support critical operations and advance local, regional and global decarbonization goals.
Over the course of her 13-year career, Brittany has worked with notable clients and institutions across the country to deliver a range of innovative, highly sustainable, resilient projects spanning building typologies and industries. Examples of her work include:

- Geothermal plants, well fields & campus-wide infrastructure projects
- Classrooms & higher education spaces

Brittany is very active within the local engineering community. She has been a board member for the ASHRAE Detroit Chapter and has held numerous leadership positions, including serving as president in 2022-2023. She is also a member of the USGBC’s Market Leadership Advisory Board and a Board Member for the Michigan Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). Additionally, Brittany pens articles, facilitates panel events, speaks at conferences, leads workshops, conducts project tours, meets with student engineering groups, serves as a juror for student projects and more.
