Steve Palumbo

"Go big or go home" has been Steve’s career development motto from the onset.  He believes career success requires self-advocacy, actively seeking out opportunities, and challenging himself every day. Steve developed an early passion for cultivating a professional network of clients, peers and collaborators. That proactive approach has served him well in his career planning a wide variety of facilities, with particular expertise in sustainable laboratory design. "Laboratory environments are incredibly diverse and complex, and I’m drawn to the challenge of solving a complicated puzzle," he says. He understands that there’s always an opportunity to learn something new and make a positive impact on others.  When Steve does get a chance to kick back, he enjoys soccer, golf, and spending time with family, and would happily take some time to hike the Kalalau Trail in Kauai.
