BECOME AN INTERN
At SmithGroup we work every day to design a better future. Our internship program brings that promise to life by creating pathways and opportunities for students to become the future leaders of our industry. Our internships provide hands-on experience on real projects, through collaboration with our design teams and clients. We continue to invest in this program by providing an industry leading experience where interns can bring their curiosity, imagination, and potential to help design a better future for everyone.

The coolest and most interesting thing that I have experienced during my internship at SmithGroup has been a sense of community and togetherness. Eating lunch with principals in office made me feel like a part of the family and not only an intern.

Our teams are always exploring, testing, and learning how these two areas can solve the emerging challenges of our clients and our world. Driven by a team with a diverse set of backgrounds, from architects and engineers using technology to solve problems, to developers, data scientists and technology specialists analyzing information and building custom tools for our clients, we are at the forefront of bringing unique solutions to critical design challenges.
