Rebecca Wanders

With a background as a project manager and interior designer, Rebecca sees business development through the lens of project delivery and team building. She understands how successful partnerships can drive design and elevate performance outcomes. Connecting people—with projects, with solutions, with clients—is where she excels. As a designer, she knows that creativity can take many forms. She is inspired by the deep expertise and diverse perspectives within SmithGroup: “I’m constantly surrounded by talented individuals who push the limits of creativity to find solutions that are not always obvious. Being part of this profession inherently challenges me to reexamine norms, and I love that.” In her free time, she enjoys music of all kinds and has recently revived her childhood love of sewing. “I used to make clothes for myself and my siblings. Now living in L.A., there are so many resources for fashion and designer textiles.”
