As the West Region Practice Director, Tyler provides strategic leadership and design excellence across California and the Pacific Northwest. “I strive to foster positive team cultures with staff who feel challenged, successful, happy, and energized,” he says. With over 25 years of experience, he knows how to bring the right people and resources together to design innovative solutions. “My focus has been developing projects that are healthy and positive contributions to society that range from health and wellness buildings to cancer institutes.” Tyler also has a deep passion for eliminating toxins from built environments so that buildings become active healing agents. “I want to push the industry to be more transparent and be positively enriching to human health, the environment, climate and social equity.”
