Mecayla Cobb
Mecayla sees great promise in the work she does as a Higher Education architect. “My goal is to provide a better collegiate experience for students, faculty, staff and alumni at each of the institutions I touch,” she explains. “Education is invaluable. We are elevating the human experience of connection and mentorship. Each project exemplifies a vision for the betterment of someone’s world.” Mecayla has mentored women in STEM industries and students at the University of Colorado. She also dedicates her time to K-12 students, speaking to classes about careers in architecture and design, and volunteering with museum arts programs to encourage creativity in children. Mecayla taps into her own creativity by making jewelry. “Outside of work, my creative outlet is always making something with my hands,” she says.
