Metropolis Think Tank: Higher Ed in the City

SmithGroup's Boston office hosted a Metropolis Think Tank event titled "Higher Ed in the City: Balancing Mission and Urbanization".  The panel, which included SmithGroup's higher education design strategist, David Johnson, tried to answer a pivotal question: how can institutions leverage challenging property markets to address the frequently competing needs of real estate and educational mission?
