Cheryl puts her urban design and landscape architect skills to work developing sustainable solutions that benefit the environment and community. "I am incredibly lucky to be able to work with individuals and organizations that are committed to improving their communities," she says. "I grew up in a family that traveled, able to experience the beauty of nature and the rich diversity of many cultures. It made me realize that there is delicate balance between man and nature. Being a landscape architect allows me to help maintain that balance by enhancing lives, while also being a steward for the land." Over 40 years of experience in urban redevelopment, park and greenway projects reflects that dedicated sense of stewardship. With her husband's encouragement, Cheryl also became an avid cyclist. "I realized on my first ride into work that this was the perfect sport for me."
