Stephanie Mitrovic荣获 《BD+C 》杂志40名40岁以下设计杰出青年称号
SmithGroup is excited to announce that Stephanie Mitrovic, AIA, NCARB, IIDA, NCIDQ, has been recognized as a "40 Under 40" honoree by Building Design + Construction Magazine.
A successful architect and interior designer, Mitrovic is working to diversify and expand the firm's Science & Technology Practice through her experience in designing academic research, federal, forensic and corporate R&D facilities. Mitrovic leads the Science & Technology Practice in SmithGroup's Phoenix office and is the firm's youngest studio leader.
She has crafted her career to focus on designing meaningful, research-focused projects that could have a lasting impact on individuals and society at large. Mitrovic was integral to high-profile projects including the National Renewable Energy Laboratory Energy System Integration Facility in Golden, Colorado and the Axon Taser Global Headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Raised in an Air Force family, Mitrovic had a deep personal connection to her work on the award-winning Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Forensic Identification Laboratory on Hickam Air Force Base in Oahu, Hawaii. This specialized military facility supports the work of forensic scientists charged with identifying the remains of missing soldiers and, in many cases, bringing closure to families that have lost loved ones in foreign conflicts.
