Aimee Chan

With degrees in both sociology and architecture, Aimee is fascinated by the relationship between people and the environments they inhabit. “I want to go beyond the physical structure and focus on shaping experiences, influencing thoughts, and evoking emotions through the built environment,” she explains. “I see myself as a curator of elements, bringing them together to create spatial, holistic, and multidimensional experiences.” Aimee views architecture as a bridge between disciplines, a medium through which music, poetry, art, and science can intersect and take form. A classically trained pianist, she draws inspiration from both the arts and her global upbringing as a citizen of multiple countries. Her curiosity about people and cultures continues to shape her perspective and creative approach. Outside of work, her ideal getaway is traveling with her family, exploring local food, culture, museums, and landscapes while discovering new ways of seeing the world.
